Athenian Dialogues
Two different Athenian Dialogues will be offered on Sunday, July 13th, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
These Athenian Dialogues have been pre-approved for three International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) Certified Municipal Clerks (CMC) or Master Municipal Clerks (MMC) education points with the satisfactory, timely completion of a learning assessment.
All participants must have completed the book in its entirety as a prerequisite for dialogue attendance.
Registration is $100 plus purchase of book. A light continental breakfast will be provided in the morning. Lunch is on your own from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Athenian Leadership Society Dialogues are for a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 30 participants per session on a first-come, first-served basis.

Conference Buddy Program
Is this your first time attending an FACC Summer Conference and Academy? If so, sign up for a conference buddy by contacting FACC Mentoring Committee Chair Vanessa Castillo, MMC (City Clerk, City of Winter Haven) at vcastillo@mywinterhaven.com. A conference buddy will be assigned to you to help you navigate the event and answer any questions you may have. If you have attended past events and would like to serve as a buddy to a new attendee, please contact Vanessa.
Clerks' Night Out
Tuesday, July 15
6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Join us for Clerks’ Night Out, a lively and memorable evening of bowling, fun and networking taking place at Pinstripes (19505 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 3290, Miami), which is conveniently located within walking distance from the hotel.
The cost is $30 per person and includes food and bowling shoes.

Donations/Promotional Items Needed for Welcome Bags & Door Prizes
The Host Committee is asking for your help!
Welcome Bag Items Needed! We need donations of "City Treasures" and/or any other items for the welcome bags you wish to donate. Suggested items include: snacks; candy; city-related PR items; pens; hand lotion; hand sanitizer; small tissue packs; items of interest from your area; etc. We need to fill 250 bags.
Door Prizes Needed! If you are willing to donate a gift basket, prize, gift card, etc. for the giveaways at the conference, please bring your prize to the FACC registration desk at the conference by Tuesday, July 15th. Items to consider donating include gift cards, goody baskets, candles, jewelry, etc.
Welcome bag items are needed by Sunday, July 13th at 10:00 a.m. ET, as the welcome bags will be stuffed on this day; items can be mailed or delivered to Host Committee Chair Sherry D. Henderson, CMC, Town Clerk, Town of Hillsboro Beach, 1210 Hillsboro Mile, Hillsboro Beach, FL 33062. Door prizes can be mailed in advance to Sherry at the same address, or prizes can be brought to the conference registration desk by Tuesday, July 15th.
