The conference will begin on Wednesday, January 8, at 9:00 a.m. with the Opening General Session and Keynote, followed by the IIMC Region III Annual Business Meeting. Following lunch, a joint educational session will take place. Education sessions continue all day Thursday, and the conference will conclude at noon on Friday, January 10, after a joint session and door prizes.
Florida only hosts the IIMC Region III Conference every five years; this conference is where you can expand your Clerk/Peer networking with Clerks from other states, and also have access to exceptional trainings that are unique to only this conference. You don't want to miss this event!
NOTE: The conference is being held in conjunction with the FACC Make-Up Mini Fall Academy (MMFA) in Orlando (January 6-7, 2025) at the same hotel.
Our hope is that you will attend the MMFA and the 2025 IIMC Region III Conference. The cost for the MMFA is $175 for FACC Members and $225 for Nonmembers. To register for the MMFA, click here.

The group rate is $179/night plus a $10/night service charge. Self-parking is complimentary.
Regarding Hotel Reservations: After you register for the conference, you will receive the hotel reservation link in your confirmation email for the host hotel. If you will be attending both the MMFA and the Region III Conference, please factor that into the dates of your reservation (MMFA is January 6-7 and 2025 IIMC Region III Conference is January 8-10).
Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. ET. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. ET. If you are interested in a late checkout, please make arrangements directly with the hotel.
The deadline to make your hotel reservation at the group rate is Tuesday, December 10. However, the room block may be filled before that date, so make your reservations as soon as possible. It is important to register for the conference early so you have plenty of time to make your reservations.
To protect our room block for registrants, it is our policy that housing information is released only upon payment of registration. Once your registration is paid, you will receive an email containing a code to make your reservation.
NOTE: IF YOU MAKE YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION OUTSIDE OF OUR ROOM BLOCK, YOUR ROOM IS NOT PROTECTED, AND IF THE HOTEL BECOMES FULL, THE HOTEL COULD POSSIBLY MOVE YOU TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL.

Buddy Program
If you would like to be paired with a conference buddy, please sign up by contacting FACC Mentoring Committee Chair Vanessa Castillo, MMC (City Clerk, City of Winter Haven, FL) at vcastillo@mywinterhaven.com.
A conference buddy will be assigned to you and help you navigate the conference and answer any questions you may have. If you have attended past events and would like to serve as a buddy to a new attendee, please contact Vanessa.

We need donations for the event and hope you will consider donating.
Welcome Bag Items Needed
We need to fill 250 welcome bags for attendees. City treasures and other suggested items are appreciated (i.e., candy, snacks, city-related promotional items, hand sanitizer, T-shirts, hats, and any PR items of interest from your area: discount coupons, free tickets, etc.). Please mail your items to Host Committee Chair Sherry D. Henderson, CMC, Town Clerk, Town of Hillsboro Beach, 1210 Hillsboro Mile, Hillsboro Beach, FL 33062, no later than Friday, December 20, to allow us time to “swag” the bags. Items can also be brought to the conference registration desk by Wednesday, January 8.
Door Prizes Needed
On the last day of the event at the closing session, giveaways of gift baskets, gift cards, or other prizes always make for a fun time to close out the conference. Gift baskets or door prizes should be brought to the conference registration desk by Thursday, January 9.

On Wednesday, January 8, be sure to wear your city shirt to represent your city at the conference.
Banquet Dinner
The dinner will take place the evening of Thursday, January 9.
Entertainment is provided by Fun Pianos!, a dueling piano spectacular.
Attendees are encouraged to wear colors of Ebony & Ivory!
