Remember that in order to receive credit for your courses:
You have approximately two weeks to submit your forms after the Summer Conference and Academy to receive full credit.
The ITA deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024.
No credit hours will be issued without these forms completed and emailed to Amy Brewer abrewer@fsu.edu by 5:00 p.m. on July 15th. Please do not send your ITA forms to the FACC office.
