Membership Committee Responsibilities

 
  • Contact clerks who did not renew their membership and encourage them to join/renew.
  • Contact cities not involved in FACC and urge membership participation.
  • Compare IIMC/FACC membership list to ensure membership in both organizations for those seeking certification.
   
Members
The Membership Committee members are appointed by the president from the general membership, with the vice president serving as an ex-officio member.
 
Meeting Frequency
Meeting schedule should fall in-line with preparing membership directory and membership renewal.
   
Expenses
The actual printing of the directory is done by the FACC staff. In-kind time, travel and correspondence of chair and members should be incorporated into the respective city budgets.
