- Organization meeting of committee to review goals and establish timeline.
- Membership renewals mailed by FACC staff.

- Monitor list of membership.

- Obtain list of members who did not renew membership from FACC staff.
- Coordinate with committee members to contact those that did not renew
- Prepare and submit FACC Board agenda item for October meeting.
- Prepare and submit a Friday Email article, if needed.

- Attend FACC Board meeting.

- Prepare and submit FACC Board agenda item.
- Attend FACC Board meeting.
- Compare IIMC and FACC memberships to find new members and ensure IIMC membership for certification.

- Prepare agenda item for April Board meeting.

- Submit list of active committee members to FACC President.
- Prepare and submit By-Laws/Manual Revisions recommendations to By-Laws/Manual Revisions Committee Chair.
- Attend FACC Board meeting.
May
- Provide membership information to appropriate District Director.
- Prepare and submit FACC Board agenda item for June meeting.
June
- Attend FACC Final Board meeting.
- Provide a detailed briefing for the new Chair.
- Prepare and submit a Friday Email article, if needed.
Miscellaneous/Recommendations
- Hold a wrap-up meeting to evaluate the accomplishments, disappointments and recommendations for changes, if any.
