Board of Directors
The Florida Association of City Clerks (FACC) Board of Directors is composed of an Executive Board, consisting of the President, President-Elect, Vice President, and Immediate Past President, and seven District Directors representing Florida’s Northeast, Northwest, Central East, Central West, South, Southeast, and Southwest regions.
This governing body is responsible for setting policy and providing strategic leadership and direction for the organization. The Vice President automatically advances to the role of President, while the remaining Board members are elected annually by the voting membership and formally confirmed during the FACC Summer Conference and Academy.
